PSP Installer Deluxe v2.1 [Torrnet Link]
Description: After a small break, here's the latest version of PSP Installer Deluxe.
I've structured the package a bit differently this time around, I've included BOTH 3.03 OE-C and 3.40 OE-A Firmwares. The reason behind this is because it's a known fact that 3.03 OE-C is more favoured with people that prefer to customise the XMB a bit more, however the 3.40 OE-A is still capable of doing some of this and providing the latest Firmware.
